Well, the most highly advanced and developed countries in the world are primarily white, with exception of Japan and South Korea, which recovered from WWII and the Korean war with help from primarily white nations. Without that help who knows where they'd be? I'd think it would be a reasonable conclusion that without white people, the world would still be stuck in the Middle Ages.

It's not racist to believe that white people are great, it's just racist to say white people are better than everyone else because of their accomplishments.

That's pretty much what you're saying right there.

I dislike this topic already reading that. Maybe try keeping it about governments, infrastructure, economy, military, people and achievements rather than relating one subject with race or religion. Keep it about the state of affairs.

To answer the original question, it's completely opinion. Think of your ideal country and what's important to you, then find the country that's closest to that. I don't think their is one definite country that's better than the other. Being a Patriot, I will always say my America is the best but that's me personally that being said, i'm not oblivious of all the issues and problems that we face in the US. However, I do believe in the values of the Republic that this was built upon. I haven't been to enough countries or lived in them to really give a fair answer. What makes it great is what you want to get out of it.

I think it'd be a fun idea to have a country to go to solely because you want the best education and then another country if you want the best job opportunity and then another if you're at the time of your life where you wanna retire somewhere nice, happy. Then all countries support one another supplying and aiding to accomplish what people need & want.

 Let me ask this in another way.

Context: 10, 000 years in the future, humanity is on the verge on losing it self because of space travel and its at war with an superior alien race that's about to wipe all humans. You're one of the few scientists left and the council has decided to make peace and join the aliens but in doing so we will lose everything that makes us human and become nano-bot. You're assigned the task to study human civilization and what makes a nation great.

What do you do find in your analysis?
